Amber, the midwife. Because Amber was at another delivery, Joanie did almost all of the coaching, directing and helping, with assistance from Sheila. Another midwife, Carrie, arrived just in time to assist with the birth, and Amber arrived only moments after. They were all tremendously supportive and caring.
Kathleen is very proud that this was a water birth at home. I think it's great too!
